A career without limits

As the nation’s flag carrier, we take great pride in connecting Britain with the world and the world with Britain. It’s something we’ve been doing for over 100 years, ever since we launched the world’s first international scheduled air service between London and Paris. This originality has been in our blood since day one. It’s the spirit we share with the people that fly with us, our partners, and our colleagues.

  • Driving IAG revenue synergies through collaboration with IB, IAG and EI
  • Setting appropriate fares for all products, including provision of pricing guardrails where relevant
  • Ensuring inventory availability, including redemption products
  • Managing disruption proactively with Operations, Crew and Fleet Planning and Network to protect revenue.
  • Managing the network flow to reflect optimal mix, considering operational imperatives at LHR.
  • Leading a high-performing Revenue Management data science team, enabling GR & deep Commercial insight
  • Inspiring, coaching and empowering the RM team to reach their full potential
  • Playing an integral role in shaping the culture of the Commercial Directorate.

About You

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working at a senior level in Revenue Management for a premium networked carrier
  • Broad understanding of the airline industry and commercial environment developed through a breadth of commercial roles
  • Revenue Management experience for different airline models (desirable)
  • Strong, collaborative leadership ability, able to operate cross functionally
  • Track record of delivering sustainable and significant change and reducing complexity
  • Experience of working in a highly pressurised environment with prioritisation critical.
