Nanny in the afternoon, Job ID J1D116
An After-school Nanny is needed by this lovely family in Hampstead, London to assist them in looking after their two school-aged children. They are looking for someone calm, patient, and professional who can carry out all standard childcare duties. They need someone organised and proactive who will be able to set gentle boundaries while maintaining a warm and nurturing environment. Furthermore, the ideal nanny will be someone well-educated and kind who enjoys working with children and can support both emotional and academic growth.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm, approximately 17.5 hours per week
Duties include:
- School pick-up and safe travel home
- Supervising and assisting with homework
- Organising creative, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
- Encouraging the children to tidy up after themselves
- Supporting the children’s development through stimulating play and educational activities
- General nanny duties related to the children’s care and routine
- Light cleaning related to the children
- Preparing healthy snacks and meals for the children
The family is seeking someone who can start in September 2025 and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
