The role:

We’re looking for a curious, data-informed, and collaborative Product Manager to join our Trade team — the group building technology that helps businesses trade smarter across diverse markets.

Our Trade platform powers how distributors, wholesalers, and FMCG brands buy, sell, and manage their trade online , across regions including Brazil, Nigeria, South Africa — and now expanding into Turkey and the Middle East (KSA) .

As Product Manager, you’ll help shape the next phase of Trade 3.0 — creating tools and experiences that make business transactions faster, fairer, and more transparent. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, operations, and commercial teams to set direction, deliver new features, and make a real difference to how trade happens in the real world.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and drive a product area within the Trade pillar — such as onboarding, marketplace enablement, or ERP/data integration.
• Shape market expansion for the Middle East, adapting Trade products and user journeys for new regions and regulatory requirements.
• Translate insights into strategy: use data, research, and stakeholder input to prioritise and deliver impactful outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, design, and go-to-market teams to build products that delight customers and scale across markets.
• Define and track success metrics to measure value, performance, and impact.
• Champion inclusivity and collaboration within the product development process — ensuring all voices are heard and great ideas rise to the top.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of product management (or equivalent) experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or fintech environments.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional products involving multiple systems or data integrations.
• Analytical mindset: confident using data to guide priorities and evaluate success.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills — you bring structure, empathy, and clarity to your teams.
• Experience working in agile product environments.
• Regional exposure to the Middle East or emerging markets is a plus — understanding of local commerce, culture, or regulation will help you thrive, but it’s not essential.
• A growth mindset and curiosity for learning — especially around global trade, market expansion, and AI-driven product innovation.
