Hyde is looking to recruit a Trade Supervisor.

As a Trade Supervisor at Hyde, you will play a key role within the Disrepairs Team, ensuring a customer-focused approach and effective management of complex repair cases. This is a mobile role, with your main office based in Peckham, covering properties across London and occasionally in Kent.

Responsibilities

* Manage the team to ensure that key performance indicators, such as Customer Satisfaction, RTF and repairs priorities, are achieved and that works orders are closed down within agreed timescales.

* Manage trades operatives to ensure right first-time completion of jobs and that all health and safety is complied with, to safeguard our staff and the public.

* Ensure that works allocation is monitored to ensure full use of time is achieved.

* Monitor budgets ensuring repair jobs are correctly raised and allocated to the correct budget codes to ensure correct capitalisation of works.

* Build effective stakeholder relations and attend meetings with service providers and residents and internal stakeholders as and when required.

* You may be required to cover both London Bridge and Peckham office occasionally.

Skills and Experience Required

* Experience managing a team advantageous but not essential

* Experience working within social housing is required

* Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations, procedures, and standards.

* Able to communicate clearly and effectively both though verbal and written communication for coordinating with internal and external stakeholder.
