The Role

As Healf scales internationally and increases transaction volumes across multiple regions and business units, disciplined transactional control and cash management become foundational to financial integrity and performance.

This role exists to own the end-to-end control, reporting, and improvement of AP, AR, and cash operations, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with group control standards. Beyond day-to-day execution, the role is expected to drive automation, process improvement, and systems-led change, reducing manual effort while improving control and visibility.

The role is deliberately designed as a development role, providing exposure to core Financial Control processes, systems, and business partnering, with a clear pathway into broader Finance Manager or Financial Control leadership roles as the business grows.

Where You’ll Make An Impact

Own the Engine Room (AP & AR)
You’ll take full ownership of AP and AR across the group, ensuring invoices, payments, collections and credits are processed accurately and on time. You’ll maintain strong controls across supplier setup, payment runs and customer balances, with everything fully reconciled and reflected correctly in management accounts.

Drive Cash Discipline
You’ll run day-to-day cash operations with precision: Overseeing bank postings, reconciliations and cash movements across entities. Cash positions will be accurate, timely and clearly understood, while you actively strengthen working capital through disciplined management of receivables and payables.

Deliver a High-Performance Close
You’ll own the AP, AR and cash elements of month-end, delivering clean reconciliations on time with minimal post-close adjustments. You’ll partner closely with Financial Control to build a disciplined, repeatable close process.

Build Scalable Processes
You’ll continuously improve Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes, simplifying, automating and strengthening controls. Working alongside Finance Systems & Data, you’ll help embed systems-first processes that reduce manual work and increase reliability.

Lead and Elevate the Team
You’ll set the standard for quality, pace and accountability across the transactional team. By developing analysts and building capability, you’ll create a stronger foundation for future Financial Control ownership.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience across AP, AR and cash operations in a fast-paced environment

• A control-first mindset — you care about accuracy, but you also care about speed

• Confidence owning reconciliations, payment runs and month-end deliverables

• Clear understanding of working capital and why it matters

• A systems-oriented approach — you instinctively look for automation and simplification

• Strong communication skills — able to partner with senior stakeholders while protecting financial discipline

• Leadership ability (or clear readiness to step into it), setting standards and raising performance

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience improving or automating Procure-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash processes

• Exposure to multi-entity environments

• Worked closely with Finance Systems or Data teams on systems improvements

• Helped reduce manual interventions or shortened month-end timelines

• A track record of building or mentoring transactional finance teams
