Year 3 Teacher - Lambeth
An Outstanding Lambeth primary is recruiting a reflective and creative Year 3 Teacher to join Key Stage 2 on a Full-Time basis from January 2026. The successful Year 3 Teacher will take part in collaborative planning prior to January 2026, attend induction in January 2026, and be in class teaching from January 2026. This Year 3 Teacher post is ideal for someone who enjoys designing vocabulary-rich topics, leading practical science investigations and delivering progressive maths sequences.

Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities
The appointed Year 3 Teacher will: plan and deliver sequenced English and mathematics lessons as the Year 3 Teacher; lead enquiry topics and practical science as the Year 3 Teacher; run small-group booster sessions and monitor progress as the Year 3 Teacher. The Year 3 Teacher will moderate standards internally, present data at phase meetings and engage with families as the Year 3 Teacher. Pre-term planning will take place before January 2026, induction will run in January 2026, and the Year 3 Teacher will teach from January 2026.
Year 3 Teacher Requirements
• QTS (or equivalent) and proven KS2 experience required for the Year 3 Teacher.
• Confident phonics, guided reading and maths pedagogy expected of the Year 3 Teacher.
• A collaborative, reflective approach and availability for pre-term planning before January 2026, induction in January 2026, and a start from January 2026.
