Brand Marketing Manager

This role reports onsite in our London office.

The Role
As a Brand Marketing Manager at Moonbug Entertainment, you will be an integral part of the global brand marketing team, playing a crucial role in the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives across all IP, including CoComelon and Blippi. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across US and UK to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and a strong market presence.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the broader Global Brand Marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the growth of core brand IP, with particular focus on driving greater awareness and affinity with parents
- Manage key elements of the annual marketing plans for all core brands
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (eg. Consumer Products, Gaming, Experiences) to identify and develop opportunities to further enhance tentpole brand campaigns to drive greater scale and penetration in key markets
- Work with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to act as a key conduit between US and ex-US teams, ensuring all teams have timely, actionable insight, information and materials for our core brands
- Work cross-functionally with teams to identify and execute on talent integrations and brand collaborations across all core brands.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, brand performance and competitor activities, with a keen eye on identifying opportunities to optimise marketing strategies and presenting back to the business leaders
- Lead on building a robust internal comms plan for how we rally the wider business around our key brand marketing tentpoles/moments
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors, focusing on support for key IP as well as cross-Moonbug initiatives
- Support on administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- 5-8 years experience in a brand marketing role ideal
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is advantageous.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the entertainment industry
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with expertise in both traditional and digital marketing, ideally around children's content
- Experience in digital marketing (eg. Google analytics, SEO, etc) is ideal
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, conduct market research, and make data-driven decisions
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market trends and consumer preferences, especially within the context of the live-action children's show genre.
- Knowledge of the entertainment industry, including digital content platforms, children's media, and licensing, is highly desirable
