Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner to join our supportive and passionate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified individual who is committed to providing outstanding care and learning opportunities for children in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality early years education and care in line with the EYFS framework.

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support each child’s individual learning and development.

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to assessments and learning journals.

• Work in partnership with parents/carers and other professionals to support the best outcomes for children.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment is maintained at all times.

• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and other relevant policies and procedures.

Person Specification:

• Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, NNEB).

• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

• Experience of working in an early years or childcare setting.

• A proactive, caring, and flexible approach to supporting children’s development.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development.

Desirable:

• Paediatric First Aid qualification.

• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.

• Experience supporting children with additional needs.
