Lead Aesthetician

Veblen International
Central London

This newly launched, high-end aesthetic clinic is dedicated to providing a full spectrum of advanced, non-surgical cosmetic treatments. Inspired by London’s diversity and energy, the clinic aims to create a sanctuary where clients feel confident, cared for, and supported on their skincare journey. The vision is not only to deliver outstanding results but to set new standards for trust, education, and ethical practice in the aesthetics industry.

As Lead Aesthetician, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering the client experience, leading by example in both clinical practice and team development. This role offers a unique opportunity to help build an industry-leading clinic culture, working alongside medical professionals and management to ensure exceptional standards, innovative treatments, and a best-in-class service for discerning London clients.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments including facials, peels, microneedling, laser therapies, injectables, and bespoke protocols.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of aestheticians and support staff, setting the highest standards of professionalism and client care.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training to ensure team development and alignment with clinic culture.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and management to refine treatment protocols and client journeys.
  • Uphold strict health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.
  • Act as the go-to expert for complex client cases, handling queries with empathy and expertise.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry innovation, introducing new products, technologies, and treatments.
  • Represent the clinic at events, seminars, and digital channels, supporting marketing and outreach.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities to enhance services and improve client experience.

Experience Requirements

  • Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) in aesthetics, beauty therapy, or a related field; additional advanced certifications desirable.
  • Proven track record in delivering a wide range of non-surgical treatments to the highest standards.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a reputable aesthetic or dermatological clinic.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of the luxury service market in London.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and personal development.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK; fluency in English (additional languages an advantage).

This is a rare opportunity to shape and lead a brand-new aesthetic clinic in Central London. If you are a passionate, forward-thinking aesthetic professional looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
