Are you a finance assistant with experience in accounts payable using NetSuite software, looking for a role where you’ll feel valued and part of a supportive team? We’re on the lookout for a motivated and friendly individual to join our growing finance department in the heart of London. This is a temporary opportunity to start immediately with a welcoming company that’s expanding fast, offering plenty of room to grow with us.
Objectives:
• To provide financial, clerical and general administrative services to Head Office Finance function
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Finance Taskso Monthly statement reconciliations both on paper and in excelo Assisting AP Manager with ad hoc month end taskso Seeking internal approval for specific supplier accountso Clearing down suspense accounts on accounting softwareo Uploading and allocating invoices on web based invoice software NetSuite, approx. 500 per weeko Batching PO’s to invoiceo Assisting with regular payment runs setting up both BACS and cheques paymentso Send remittances to supplierso Updating daily payment request logo Responding to finance queries via telephone and emailo Assisting with staff expenses including helping to improve and refine the processo Support AP Manager with yearend audito Ad hoc tasks requested by the FC or CFO and senior management team

Professional qualification and competencies Essential • Aptitude for numbers• GCSE/A Level educated (including maths)• Competent user of Microsoft ExcelDesirable • Exposure to working in a finance team / payroll function• Data entry
