Recruitment Administrator
Acting as the first point of contact for recruitment queries, offering friendly and professional support
Maintaining accurate electronic personnel records and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
Collaborating closely with HR, Payroll, Hiring Managers and external suppliers
Managing applicant tracking systems (ideally Trac) and departmental inboxes with finesse
Supporting assessment centres and our internal Staff Bank team when needed
Ideal Candidate: Extensive recruitment administration experience, ideally in an HR setting
Experience within the healthcare sector or similar industry that requires high volume of compliance
Knowledge of recruitment legislation and confidentiality protocols
Superb communication and relationship-building skills
A solutions-focused mindset, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency in IT systems including ATS databases and MS Office.
