Sephora Collection Field Manager

Sephora
London

As our Field Manager, you will be the face of the SEPHORA Collection brand within our store network, playing a pivotal role in elevating brand performance and fostering a strong sense of community among our team members. You will be the go-to person for all things SEPHORA Collection, working closely with Retail, Training, Category Management, Trade Marketing, and our local and central SEPHORA Collection teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Inspire & Lead: Embody and optimize the Captains program, creating engaging content, organizing events, and fostering a strong community (monthly meetings, conventions, seminars, store visits, challenges, etc.)
  • Drive Sales: Fuel sales growth in existing stores and champion successful product launches in new stores.
  • Retail Activations: Collaborate with Marketing teams to manage retail activations and events.
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, set up performance management, and reporting in collaboration with Retail, Finance, and HR.
  • Communication Expert: Ensure seamless communication with Captains and store teams, adapting your style to connect with BAs, store management, and head office teams.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with Category Management, HR, and Retail to recruit and onboard Captains candidates.
  • Training & Development: Collaborate with the Training team to enhance the skills of Captains and BAs through brand and business training programs.
  • Brand Ambassador: Serve as the primary point of contact for SEPHORA Collection, providing support and guidance to store staff and Retail teams.
  • Strategic Collaboration & Coordination: Partner with cross-functional teams—including Category Management, Retail, Marketing, Training, HR, and global counterparts—to share brand priorities, optimize in-store activations, align on store initiatives, and ensure consistent training and communication. Gather feedback, address challenges, and share best practices to drive brand success and continuous improvement across the network.

What You'll Bring:

  • A strong understanding of store operations, people management, and retail dynamics.
  • A proactive mindset with a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to set objectives, meet deadlines, and involve stakeholders.
  • A results-oriented approach with a passion for achieving goals and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and seniority levels.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to adapt your message to different audiences.
  • Solid commercial acumen with an understanding of sales patterns, targets, and performance analysis.

If you’re ready to inspire, lead, and make a real impact with SEPHORA Collection, we’d love to hear from you!

Here, you will find:

  • Community, in which authenticity is embraced, and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spirit
  • Culture of empowerment, learning & growth, that offers you the tools, space and opportunity to learn, innovate and lead
  • Work that brings fulfillment. From delighting clients every day, to inspiring our industry at large, every action makes a difference
