The Opportunity:

The team blends experience with innovation, providing an unparalleled environment to learn and develop into a skilled international tax adviser. Work with key clients and partners on complex projects, including:

* Expansion into new markets
* Pre-transaction reorganizations and post-transaction integration
* Legal structure rationalization
* Operating model redesign
* Capital structure and financing optimization
* Intellectual property ownership and reliefs optimization
* Managing risks from global law changes such as BEPS
* Lobbying and negotiation with tax authorities in the UK and globally

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Cultivate and maintain client relationships, proactively winning new business.
* Manage the successful delivery of technically complex consulting projects.
* Ensure quality client service.
* Foster internal and external networks for team leverage.
* Develop junior staff through effective supervision and mentoring.
* Contribute significantly to team management and strategy.

Qualifications:

* Experienced tax practitioner with international tax expertise.
* Preferred qualifications: ATT / ACA / CA / CTA.
* Graduate/graduate calibre or equivalent work experience.
* Experience managing or coaching junior team members.
