The Role As Project Director – M&E, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a large-scale construction project, overseeing all aspects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: * Project Director – M&E Will lead and manage all phases of the development, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. * Project Director – M&E Will Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. * Project Director – M&E Will Manage day-to-day project operations, including teams, subcontractors, and key milestones. * Project Director – M&E Will Provide regular project updates to the leadership team and stakeholders. * Project Director – M&E Will Contribute to business development and support wider company strategy and growth. Requirements: * Project Director – M&E needs to have a strong M&E background with a proven track record of delivering major construction projects valued between £30 million - £50 million. * Project Director – M&E will have Experience managing full project lifecycles from tender through to completion. * Project Director – M&E Will have shown excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. * The Project Director – M&E Will have the ability to lead diverse, cross-functional project teams.
