About the Role:
The M&A Tax Director will play a pivotal role in one of the most dynamic and fast-paced areas of tax advisory. The M&A Tax team operates on a national basis, providing access to a wide range of high-profile, international clients, including global corporations, private equity firms, start-ups and owner-managed businesses.
In this leadership position, the successful candidate will have unparalleled opportunities for career development, working on complex transactions and establishing themselves as a trusted advisor within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading high-performing teams to deliver bespoke, commercially focused tax advice in a rapidly evolving deals market.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships while offering multidisciplinary solutions across the Deals business.
* Taking responsibility for project management, ensuring the successful delivery and financial performance of client engagements.
* Contributing to the strategic vision of the team by identifying opportunities for growth and diversification.

* Extensive experience leading M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and tax modelling.
* A proven track record in building professional networks and relationships, both in the UK and overseas.
* The ability to win new client engagements and develop strong business relationships.
