About the Role:

The M&A Tax team operates on a national basis, providing access to a wide range of high-profile, international clients, including global corporations, private equity firms, start-ups and owner-managed businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

* Taking responsibility for project management, ensuring the successful delivery and financial performance of client engagements.
