Compliance Manager - London/Malta
Build and shape compliance processes that support a global business.
As our Compliance Manager, you’ll take ownership of key compliance activities across Kambi, from client and partner due diligence to policies and regulatory monitoring. You’ll have the opportunity to work across the business, engage with senior stakeholders and regulators, and help ensure our compliance framework evolves alongside a growing global organisation.
You’ll join our award-winning Legal team of nearly 30 people across London and Malta. This role is based in either London or Malta , with Kambi’s hybrid working approach of three days per week in the office .
The team
Our Legal team supports Kambi’s business globally, helping colleagues navigate legal and regulatory requirements in a highly regulated industry.
As Compliance Manager, you’ll play an important role in how we identify and manage compliance risk. You’ll work independently on your areas of responsibility while collaborating with colleagues across Legal and the wider business.
It’s an opportunity to combine hands-on compliance work with broader projects, stakeholder management and exposure to the regulatory environment in which Kambi operates.
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end due diligence for new and existing clients, partners and suppliers, covering intake, evidence collection, review, risk assessment, approval, record keeping and renewals.
Monitor legal and gambling regulatory developments , turning changes into clear, relevant updates for stakeholders across the business.
Manage the policy lifecycle , from drafting and approvals through to rollout, communications, training and periodic reviews, helping embed consistent controls across Kambi.
Support Kambi’s Compliance Committee , including administrative coordination where required.
Contribute to gaming licence applications , preparing and collating forms, supporting documentation and other required submissions.
Build effective relationships with regulatory authorities and senior stakeholders across the business where required.
Maintain accurate licensing information and systems , supporting the management of Kambi’s licences and registrations.
Manage multiple projects and workstreams , balancing priorities in line with changing business requirements. Depending on the needs of the team, you may also have the opportunity to manage one or more colleagues.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, exercise good judgement and keep complex compliance work moving.
You’ll bring:
Strong professional experience ideally within the gaming industry.
Experience working in a compliance or regulatory environment within gaming .
Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail.
The ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned work and deliver to tight deadlines.
Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
A proactive approach and genuine interest in continuing to learn.
You don’t need to match every aspect of Kambi’s environment from day one. If your compliance or regulatory experience is transferable and you’re motivated to develop your knowledge of our industry, we’d like to hear from you.
What you can expect
You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team, with the opportunity to work on compliance matters that reach across Kambi’s global business.
