SEND Primary Teaching Assistant
Job Title: SEND Primary Teaching Assistant Location: East London School Type: Primary School Start Date: Immediate Duration: Long-term (potential to go permanent) Salary: £110 to £120 per day Education: A basic level of education is required, with a good understanding of supporting children within a primary setting. A background in childcare, education or care is highly beneficial. Qualifications:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
- Team Teach or other behaviour management training (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience working within a primary school or similar setting
- Experience supporting children with SEND, including ASD/ASC, SEMH, ADHD or speech and language needs
- Experience working across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Strong behaviour management and ability to support emotional regulation
