Purpose of the Job – Overview
Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist
Type: Remote
Timings:
- Monday – Friday: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm BST
Job Responsibilities
· Plan, design, and execute targeted email campaigns using SNOV.IO, Beefree, and other marketing tools
· Build automated workflows and nurture journeys that drive engagement, leads, and conversions
· Design, build, and implement multi-channel and multi-wave email campaigns and customer journeys that generate qualified marketing leads for sales
· Copyright compelling email content and design visually appealing campaigns
· Execute cold email outreach campaigns and manage multi-step funnel strategies
· Analyze campaign metrics — open rates, CTRs, conversions — and continuously optimize for performance
· Identify, track, and report on meaningful KPIs for marketing programs
· Perform regular campaign audits for digital assets and collaborate with digital teams to address deficiencies
· Analyze and implement remediation plans to ensure campaigns adhere to best practices
· Monitor campaign performance across global regions where Fortray operates
· Research and strategize on tools, vendors, and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness
· Maintain subscriber list hygiene, deliverability, and compliance with GDPR
· Track and report on campaign budgets and results
· Identify opportunities to streamline campaign operations and improve overall efficiency
· Collaborate closely with content, design, sales, and product teams to ensure integrated campaign execution
We’re looking for someone with:
· 5+ years’ experience in email marketing or CRM campaigns
· Expertise in SNOV.IO and Beefree or similar tool for email automation and campaign design
· Strong skills in copywriting, cold outreach, and data funneling strategy
· Proven track record of executing high-converting campaigns
· Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Analytics
· Excellent attention to detail, project management, and communication skills
· Bonus: Knowledge of other marketing automation or design tools
