Recruitment Coordinator (Advisor level)
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews.
- Manage candidate communication and provide updates on recruitment progress.
- Support hiring managers by preparing interview materials and coordinating logistics.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems.
- Assist in drafting and sending offer letters to successful candidates.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal requirements.
- Respond to queries from candidates and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Provide general administrative support to the human resources team as required.
