Midday Meal Supervisor - Alternative Provision...
Hours: 12pm – 1:45pm
Salary: £15–£16 per hour
A specialist alternative provision centre in Brentford is seeking a calm, confident and resilient supervisor to support secondary-aged students who may require behaviour or emotional support.
Your daily responsibilities:
Supervising small groups during lunchtime, ensuring safety and structure
Encouraging students to make positive choices and regulate behaviour
Supporting students who may feel overwhelmed or socially anxious
Maintaining boundaries while offering empathy and guidance
Working as part of a multidisciplinary pastoral team
Suitable for individuals with experience in youth work, SEN, or behaviour mentoring.
