- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the C-Suite member
- Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments effectively.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and bookings.
- Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Organise and support key events and meetings, including minute-taking.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
