- Reduce regulatory risk by optimizing relationships with regulators, developing strategies for advocacy, and stewarding examinations

- Knowledge of the UK and EU regulatory licensing perimeter and key existing UK and EU regulations impacting wholesale financial markets (e.g., FSMA, MiFID/MiFIR, MAR, EMIR, CRD, AIFMD/UCITS, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively with individuals at different levels of seniority, with the ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with stakeholder/customers
- Practical and pragmatic, with the ability to appropriately balance legal risks with commercial considerations.
- A self-starter who is able to work independently, prioritise effectively, and support complex matters with limited supervision
