Human Resources Assistant (Part-time)
Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team within a fast-growing social media startup.
In this role, you will assist with end-to-end recruitment coordination and daily Human Resources operations, helping the team manage a high volume of hiring activities efficiently. You will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate management, and onboarding within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is interested in building a career in HR and thrives in a high-growth, fast-moving setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Support initial candidate screening and coordination of screening calls.
- Maintain accurate interview records and follow up on interview feedback and evaluation forms.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new joiners.
- Provide general HR and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the team.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition; prior internship experience is a plus.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
