Property Management Assistant

We’re seeking a Property Management Assistant to support the Block Management team in delivering exceptional service across our clients residential portfolio.
About the Role:
As a Property Management Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of their residential blocks. From liaising with residents and contractors to supporting service charge budgeting and compliance, you’ll help ensure our developments are safe, well-maintained, and running smoothly.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for leaseholders, residents, and contractors.
- Assisting with service charge budgets, demands, and expenditure tracking.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs, including site inspections.
- Supporting major works and Section 20 consultations.
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation.
- Helping with resident meetings, AGMs, and communications.
- Providing general administrative support to the property team.
What they are looking for:
Essential:
- Experience in property/block management or residential property administration.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn property management systems.
- A customer-focused approach and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of leasehold management, service charges, and major works.
- Interest in pursuing IRPM or similar professional qualifications.
- Familiarity with health & safety/fire regulations in residential blocks.
