Growth Manager - Affiliates & Partnerships - Fashion
London - Remote / Hybrid
£50,000 to £55,000
A premium fashion brand is looking for a Growth Manager. Specialising in innovative product design and scaling rapidly, this organisation is committed to redefining industry standards.
This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of the company's growth initiatives across multiple channels; you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising a variety of partnerships, digital platforms, and customer engagement programmes.
Your day-to-day activities will include building scalable systems for content creators and affiliates, managing marketplace and partner relationships, and executing initiatives to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
You should have a solid background in growth, partnerships, or marketplace management within a consumer-focused or e-commerce context. Proven experience in setting up or managing affiliate or creator platforms, alongside strong operational skills, is essential.
Key Requirements:
- Experience managing partnership channels, affiliate platforms or creator networks
- Focus on process development and stakeholder coordination
- Commercial awareness of revenue drivers and customer acquisition strategies
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
