Procurement Manager Maternity Cover - Restaurant Group
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead sourcing and procurement across key food categories.
- Drive commercial negotiation, cost‑of‑sales management, and mitigation strategies.
- Analyse category performance, supply markets, and cost drivers to inform strategy.
- Partner closely across the business on new product development (NPD) and menu innovation.
- Own supplier sourcing, onboarding, relationship management, scorecarding and performance reviews.
- Conduct RFPs, contract negotiations, tenders, and commercial evaluations.
