This full-time, permanent role is ideal for a teacher who can inspire students with a wide range of needs through creative expression, while contributing to the holistic development of each learner. The successful candidate will play a vital role in using Art as a medium to build confidence, communication, and skills for life.

• Full-time, permanent Art Teacher role starting January 2026

• Deliver creative and accessible Art lessons across KS3–KS5

Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified Art Teacher with QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
• Experience working in SEN settings or with students with additional needs desirable
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for inclusive, creative education
• Patience, empathy, and flexibility in adapting lessons to meet diverse needs
• Ability to use Art to develop communication, confidence, and social skills
• Effective classroom management with a nurturing and positive approach
• Legal right to work in the UK
