- Assess generative AI proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs, evaluating feasibility, stack compatibility, and build-vs-buy decisions.
- Work collaboratively with digital teams, senior architects, and stakeholders to design comprehensive AI solutions within the enterprise.
- Drive and implement real-world solutions into production that drive measurable business value for our clients.

- Work closely with teams and senior architects to define strategies for AI solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs for impactful and effective implementations.
- Shape AI strategy and oversee the delivery of LLM-based solutions that enhance customer and marketing outcomes.
- Architect early-stage generative AI initiatives, directing proof-of-concept (PoC) and prototype development in collaboration with teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert on generative AI, providing guidance to cross-functional teams including digital, platform, and governance stakeholders.
- Execute deployment strategies and provide technical guidance on containerization, performance monitoring, and production deployment.
- Consult on leveraging cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP to facilitate scalable model deployment.
- Partner with developers and engineers to deploy machine learning algorithms that drive measurable business value.
- Collaborate with cloud vendors to integrate Responsible AI principles and standards into LLM evaluations and applications, ensuring ethical and secure AI deployment.
- Evaluate generative AI solutions across teams, identifying technical risks such as debt accumulation and overlapping initiatives.
- Advocate for the adoption of cutting-edge data technologies and methodologies, including AI-driven data processing, machine learning pipelines, and automated data integration.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Ability to successfully build trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable AI and data solutions that drive customer and marketing outcomes.
- Relevant work experience in data science, machine learning, and business analytics.
- Extensive experience with generative AI and machine learning frameworks (GANs, VAEs, transformer-based architectures, LLMs).
- Programming experience with Python, PySpark, microservices, and data modeling.
- Proficient in LLM orchestration on platforms such as OpenAI on Azure, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, or Gemini AI.
- Designing, deploying, and scaling AI architectures aligned to enterprise standards.
- Proven experience in MLOps and AI lifecycle management, with scalable deployments across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Bridging business and technical teams, owning high- and low-level design for services, products, and solutions.
- Optimizing solutions to balance functionality, security, usability, and cost.
- Experience establishing or operating within AI governance frameworks, with a focus on risk mitigation, Responsible AI compliance, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Ability to evaluate and manage technical risk, avoid technical debt, and ensure responsible deployment.
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly and apply creative thinking to drive innovative solutions.
- Mastery of problem solving and solutioning.
- Proven background in statistics, mathematics, or macroeconomics.
- Commitment to delivering client impact through data-driven marketing and customer experience innovation.
