Requirements
The role
The responsibility of the Dropship Admin Assistant is to assist with the day-to-day tasks and running of the dropship division:
- Refreshing trade reports and assisting with Monday / Friday trade notes
- Manipulating dashboards to gain insight into partner, category and brand performance to support STM and ATM with trade initiatives
- Supporting our offshore team in India with product enrichment and being one of their main points of contact
- Supporting the senior and assistant managers with admin/ad-hoc tasks
- Upholding positive relationships with all our partners and representing the dropship division to the highest of standards both internally and externally
- Assisting with project related tasks
- Joining meetings - taking clear notes and circulating follow up actions in a timely manner
- Cross-team communication and collaboration (internal and external)
- Scheduling calls and organising calendars
- Maintaining site standards
- Identifying any marketing opportunities
- Collating & sending assets to partners each season
Skills section/ your experience
- Proficiency in excel
- Highly numerate, with excellent planning and analytical capabilities
- Confident working in excel/ google spreadsheets
- Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills
- Excellent relationship building across many internal and external stakeholders
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy is key
- Flexible can-do attitude, a fast learner and open to change
