Global Mobility Tax Senior Associate
I am currently representing a global leader in global mobility currently seeking a senior tax associate to join the team. This role will support internationally mobile clients in managing cross-border tax obligations. In this role you will ensure compliance with international tax regulations, optimise tax outcomes, and provide guidance that enables smooth employee transitions between countries.
This role will directly support both organisational compliance and employee experience, helping minimise risk while identifying opportunities for process and cost efficiencies.Key responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to internal teams and clients on tax planning, withholding requirements and social security considerations.
- Prepare, review and file tax returns for internationally mobile clients
- Advise on assignment structures, tax treaty applications and tax - efficient compensation approaches
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, provide proactive updates and guidance.
- Discuss tax obligations relation to international assignments, including equalisation and protection policies
- Prepare supporting documentation to strengthen tax positions and ensure compliance
- Experience in global mobility, international tax or social security compliance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Motivated and enthusiastic individuals
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines across jurisdictions
