Personal Assistant - Property
Provide business and operational support, overseeing office administration and liaising with suppliers and contractors
Support HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, records, and annual leave coordination
Oversee property management for a small portfolio, liaising with tenants and maintenance teams, ensuring compliance and monitoring tenancy agreements/rent collection
Assist with land and property acquisitions, carrying out research and maintaining accurate recordsKey Skills & Experience Essential: Previous experience working within the property sector
Proven experience as a PA, EA, or Operations professional
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
Discretion when handling confidential information
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with IT systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, problem-solving approach
