About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Supervisor to join the Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Assist the Spa Manager in handling payroll duties with accuracy, adhering to timelines and Jumeirah requirements. Train the Spa and Fitness team, ensuring staff knowledge of products and coordinating with vendors/designers for training and sales support. Track Spa and Fitness quality scores (Medallia, LQA, Trip Advisor) and create and implement action plans as necessary. Monitor the performance of Spa GSE, Spa attendants, and Fitness team, supervising, disciplining, and guiding employees as needed. Conduct monthly performance reviews for GSE and fitness staff based on established KPIs, tracking their performance, and providing feedback. Ensure guest areas of the Spa and Gym are clean, inventories are well-stocked, and the environment adheres to LQA and Jumeirah standards. About you
