Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Pulse Healthcare is currently seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our team in Birmingham, Birminghamshire. The post is available to start as soon as possible, offering full-time hours for an ongoing period of 3 months.

What will your responsibilities be?

Assessment and treatment/discharge planning for patients admitted to older adult in-patients’ sub-acute wards. There is potential for being peripatetic across MHH, WHH, PTC and AMH.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Be HCPC registered as an Occupational therapist
  • Hold a relevant qualification in Occupational therapy
  • Previous NHS experience within an intermediate care setting
  • Experience of RIO desirable.
  • Must have experience of Discharge to Assess process.
  • Car Driver preferable for Access Visits.
