Interim Talent & Learning Consultant
Reporting to the Head of Talent Development, the Interim Talent & Learning Consultant will work in a specialist role leading the design and implementation of modern, scalable development solutions that support continuous learning and high performance.
Your duties will include:- Leading the refresh and relaunch of the organisation's learning offerings and journeys for team members and managers.
- Refreshing and implementing talent development frameworks, including career progression, talent reviews and high-potential development.
- Conducting needs analysis and learner research to ensure relevance and impact of learning decisions.
- Design approaches to management, team and professional development that reflect organisation culture and talent ambitions.
- Ensure smooth transition and handover of refreshed frameworks and approaches to the Talent and Learning team and organisation stakeholders for sustained ownership.
