Marketing Manager

As a key member of the team, you will be at the forefront of executing impactful traffic campaigns across owned and operated channels. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of all marketing initiatives, directly influencing strong customer engagement and top-line performance. Your work will involve close collaboration with central strategy teams, making you a vital link in a global operation.
This is a 12 months, fully on-site contract, offering £300-350 per day – 40 hrs/week – (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.
**What you’ll do:**
* Lead the end-to-end setup and deployment of owned and operated traffic campaigns in multiple languages, spanning email, push notifications, and onsite placements.
* Act as the primary point of contact for local marketing teams, ensuring seamless coordination on campaign details, compelling copy, and creative assets.
* Drive efficiency by leveraging automation tools and templates to streamline repetitive tasks.
* Monitor campaign performance in real-time, making proactive optimizations to achieve target metrics.
* Collaborate with analytics teams to generate insightful reports that inform future campaign planning and strategy.
* Thoroughly review all campaign assets for brand guideline adherence and conduct pre-launch checks to resolve any technical or customer experience concerns.
* Serve as a local language and market expert, providing guidance and troubleshooting support to the central marketing execution team, and manage campaign scheduling across various markets.
* Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive local messaging and targeting strategies to boost customer engagement and drive strong performance.

**Required Skills & Experience:**
* Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
* Experience leading the end-to-end execution of traffic campaigns across owned and operated channels, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
* Experience working with marketing tools including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
* Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing, and digital advertising.
* Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
* Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
* Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
**Nice-to-have Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of HTML, XML, and advanced Excel functions.
* Proficiency in an additional European language (French, Italian, Spanish, or German).
