Position Overview:
Themis Recruit are seeking experienced partners with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience to join our clients thriving practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background family law, with a proven track record of working with high net worth clients. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to work in a flexible fee-sharing model and for individuals interested in building and leading their own teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high net worth and ultra high net worth clients, providing expert legal advice and representation.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
- Bring a substantial client following and actively contribute to the growth of the firm’s client base.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share expertise and provide comprehensive legal solutions.
- Contribute to the firm’s visibility and reputation through participation in legal directories such as Legal 500, Chambers, and Spears.
- Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in private client and family law.
- Recognized by Legal 500, Chambers, or Spears as a leading practitioner in the field.
- Demonstrated experience working with high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals.
- A strong client following and a proactive approach to business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
