Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.
• Administration and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
