Tech PubSec - Contract - Pcon/Partner/Manager

Shape the Future of Tech Public Sector Recruitment – Contract Roles at Manager, Partner & Pcon Level
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for public sector technology and software consulting projects at Manager, Partner, and Pcon levels.
- Advise and collaborate with clients on hiring strategies, identifying specific requirements in both government and public technology sectors.
- Develop and nurture a broad network of public sector technology professionals, driving engagement for contract opportunities.
- Champion candidate experience and ensure successful placements in strategic tech roles supporting mission-critical public sector programmes.
- Support ongoing business development and the growth of our Tech Public Sector practice across the UK and DACH regions.
Contract Tech Public Sector Recruitment – Essential Experience and Background
- Demonstrable track record in technology recruitment for public sector or technology consulting projects, with a preference for contract assignments.
- Experience managing mid-to-senior level placements, including Pcon, Partner, and Manager positions within the public sector or software consulting environment.
- Expertise in navigating compliance, security, and procurement processes associated with public sector contracts.
- Knowledge of technical talent market trends within government, digital transformation, or technology-enabled public services.
- Exposure to both UK and DACH public sector markets is advantageous but not essential.
