Shape the Future of Tech Public Sector Recruitment – Contract Roles at Manager, Partner & Pcon Level

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for public sector technology and software consulting projects at Manager, Partner, and Pcon levels.
• Advise and collaborate with clients on hiring strategies, identifying specific requirements in both government and public technology sectors.
• Develop and nurture a broad network of public sector technology professionals, driving engagement for contract opportunities.
• Champion candidate experience and ensure successful placements in strategic tech roles supporting mission-critical public sector programmes.

Contract Tech Public Sector Recruitment – Essential Experience and Background

• Demonstrable track record in technology recruitment for public sector or technology consulting projects, with a preference for contract assignments.
• Experience managing mid-to-senior level placements, including Pcon, Partner, and Manager positions within the public sector or software consulting environment.
• Expertise in navigating compliance, security, and procurement processes associated with public sector contracts.
• Knowledge of technical talent market trends within government, digital transformation, or technology-enabled public services.
• Exposure to both UK and DACH public sector markets is advantageous but not essential.
