Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
- Philosophical Guide: Instructing Religious Studies across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.
- Debate Facilitator: Driving high attainment by encouraging sophisticated discussion, research, and structured argumentation.
- Ethics Ambassador: Contributing to whole-school ethical discussions and supporting student initiatives related to social responsibility.
Compensation & Benefits
- Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in Religious Studies, Philosophy, or Theology.
- Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS).
