What You’ll Be Doing - Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
- Supporting teachers in Key Stage 1 & 2classrooms
- Leading 1:1 and small group interventions
- Assisting with planning, preparation, and classroom organisation
- Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
- Providing tailored support for children with SEN, EAL, or additional needs

What We’re Looking For - Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
- A 2:1 degree or higher (Education, Psychology, English or related subjects desirable)
- Passionate about helping children succeed
- Patient, adaptable, and a strong communicator
- Experience with children (tutoring, coaching, mentoring, volunteering) is a bonus but not essential
