Clarence George is working with a new independent advisory and investment firm looking for a highly quantitative, hard-working individual to work in their Capital Markets team focusing on CLOs, credit structuring and securitisation. This is a perfect opportunity for an ambitious individual to fast-track their career and work alongside highly regarded individuals in the industry.

• They are covering 2 areas: M&A/Corporate Finance and Capital Markets
• Working with Insurers, Banks, Asset Managers, and Investors
• Broad spectrum of work across M&A, Reinsurance, Capital Markets, Public Markets, and Investor Relations

Profile:

• 2 - 5 years' experience
• Very strong quantitative skills with experience in credit structuring and securitisation
• Experience building a CLO in a spreadsheet would be desirable
• Investment banking or alternative asset management background/exposure is preferable
