We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work with our client's expanding Commercial team. This role is crucial for defining and delivering technology solutions within their International Parcels division.

• Collaborate closely with business, operational, and IT stakeholders to manage and document process changes.
• Engage in requirements management, ensuring that project deliverables pass through the necessary gating process within a Waterfall framework.
• Conduct process modelling and map out necessary process improvements.
• Gather and define precise business requirements to guide the development of technology solutions.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers in a multi-supplier environment.
• Work effectively within both Waterfall and Agile project environments, adapting to the needs of the project and team.

• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex organisations.
• Strong skills in requirements management and process modelling.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Effective interpersonal skills including communication, influencing, collaboration, listening, and conflict management.
• Experience in vendor/supplier management within a multi-supplier setting.
• Ability to work proactively, with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Desirable: Experience in logistics or consultancy sectors.
