Brown's Hotel is London's first hotel. It opened its doors on Albemarle Street in 1837. Since then we have hosted famous guests from all walks of life. Your key responsibilities

Join the team at Brown's Hotel, a Rocco Forte Hotel, as our Sales Manager for the Middle East market. In this pivotal role, you will bring your experience, enthusiasm, and sales expertise to one of the world’s most iconic luxury hotels.

You will be responsible for driving revenues from the Middle East, focusing on attracting leisure and corporate guests, while also managing the diplomatic segment across all markets.

As part of our talented sales team, you will use your outstanding communication skills and creative mindset to build lasting relationships, identify new opportunities, and develop innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Highly organized with an eye for detail, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain confident and motivated in the face of challenges.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

  • Drive revenue growth in the Middle East market, targeting both leisure and corporate guests, as well as diplomatic clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to enhance hotel occupancy and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create bespoke promotions and packages for the region.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to increase visibility.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to adapt strategies and stay ahead.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, fostering repeat business and referrals.
  • Report on sales performance, tracking targets and progress to senior management.
