PERFORMANCE COACH

Nobody walks onto the gym floor with a perfect week behind them. Deadlines stack up, sleep slips, plans change without warning. As a ROVA Fitness Coach in Central London, you’re the one who helps members navigate all of it. You’ll run inductions and health assessments, write programmes built for real lives, teach studio and gym floor classes, and bring a 5* presence to every shift. This is a role for someone who reads people as well as they read a training plan, and who wants every member to leave stronger, clearer and ready for whatever comes next.

Good enough isn’t something you’re comfortable with. Neither are we.

Salary £28,860.74 + off-shift PT income

Hours & Contract 37.5 hours, Permanent

WHAT YOU BRING

→ Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification

→ Level 3 Personal Training qualification

→ Experience delivering studio classes and personal training sessions

→ Experience writing tailored client programmes

→ Experience delivering health assessments

→ Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite or similar

→ Confident communicating with a diverse range of people

→ A strong team player who uses their initiative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

01 Member Experience

→ Deliver 5* customer service across the gym floor

→ Create a positive, welcoming training environment

→ Be a visible gym floor presence, engaging with members and guests

02 Coaching & Programming

→ Conduct health assessments and inductions

→ Write tailored client programmes

→ Provide ongoing gym floor support to members

→ Teach a variety of studio and gym floor classes

03 Facility & Team Support

→ Keep kit and facility clean to a high standard

→ Maintain equipment so the space is always ready to train

→ Work with the reception team to cover breaks and enquiries
