RESPONSIBILITIES

Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • You will deliver a credible and impactful athlete marketing programme by identifying and managing UK-based sports personalities who are a perfect brand fit and authentic Red Bull consumers.
Select athletes across a broad and creative range of disciplines, the playground is unlimited.
Maximise impact and efficiency through clear target setting, professional athlete management, and performance evaluation.
Provide each athlete with an individualised support package covering marketing, communications, performance, and compensation.
Build and maintain strong personal and professional relationships with each athlete to ensure credibility, cultural resonance, and scene leadership.

  • You will lead the development and execution of Red Bull’s titled and supported motorsport events in the UK.
Own the end-to-end project management, from concept to delivery.
Drive creativity and innovation in event formats.

Build strong networks across the motorsport ecosystem — from grassroots to elite levels, including athletes, federations, media, opinion leaders, and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with the global motorsport team to ensure integration and knowledge sharing.
Use Red Bull’s global athlete portfolio to create exciting opportunities for UK audiences and send UK athletes to international activations where appropriate.

  • You will bring motorsport stories to life through Red Bull Media Network.
Create and contribute compelling stories, original formats, and top-tier media content.
Ensure Red Bull’s internal systems (event calendars, factsheets, news posts) are always accurate and up to date.

  • You will lead and manage the UK motorsport team, setting a clear vision and empowering each team member to deliver outstanding results.
Provide direction, coaching, and day-to-day support to ensure everyone understands their role in delivering the strategy.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on creativity, ownership, and impact.
