  • Own the visual design vision across engagements, setting creative standards, design principles, and quality benchmarks.
  • Provide creative governance and escalation support across client accounts and delivery teams.
  • Work hands-on across all phases of product development, from creative ideation and concepting to launch to optimization.
  • Collaborate with strategy, UX, and tech teams to push the creative thinking and deliver standout work.

Qualifications

You have:

  • A portfolio showcasing high-craft and visual striking design, with a proven track record in leading and executing creative strategies across diverse brands, campaigns, and digital platforms.
  • Experience driving high-level creative direction while collaborating closely with leadership, design, product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Experience driving ideation from a creative standpoint with cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience leading creative on pitches and converting new business opportunities
  • A strong pulse on digital trends, tools, and methodologies to elevate brand and user experiences. With emphasis on any innovations in AI that can aid the design and production process.

  • The ability to take strategic direction and leap into unexpected, inspiring creative territory
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing design teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in client-facing and pitch environments
  • Expert level skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with prototyping tools and AI enabled workflows and creative delivery
  • Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments with iterative workflows
  • Experience working with offshore, nearshore, or distributed delivery teams
