At Disrupt, we create influencer that don’t just follow trends— we set them. As our next Influencer Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the full campaign lifecycle for some of the UK and Europe’s most exciting brands.
You’ll lead with strategic ideation and influencer sourcing to execution and reporting, You’ll connect with creators and deliver bold, high-impact campaigns from pitch to post-campaign wrap-up. Acting as the central point of contact for clients and influencers, you’ll ensure smooth execution, sharp communication, and results that truly resonate.
This is a role for someone who’s confident steering the ship—bringing creative thinking, operational excellence, and relationship-building skills to every brief.

What you will do
As an Influencer Account Manager at Disrupt, you’ll take the lead on delivering standout influencer campaigns from end to end. You’ll be the go-to for both clients and creators—driving strategy, ensuring flawless execution, and keeping communication tight across the board. You’ll work across a range of industries and talent, bringing ideas to life and results to the table.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Manage influencer campaigns from briefing and outreach to negotiation, activation, and wrap-up.
Lead communication between clients, influencers, and internal teams—keeping all parties aligned and updated.
Develop content schedules, oversee asset creation, and ensure timely delivery.
Produce campaign reports including data on impressions, engagement, and results, aligned to client KPIs.
Track and optimise campaign performance, flagging risks or opportunities early.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their representatives.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth production, finance, and legal processes (e.g., contracts, invoicing).
Contribute to creative ideation, campaign strategy, and client growth opportunities.
Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and the evolving influencer landscape.

Our Interview Process
We value transparency and want you to feel prepared every step of the way:
Introductory Call – A brief conversation with our People Experience team to learn more about you and your interests. (15-20 mins)
First Interview – Meet with our Senior Project Manager and Lead Strategist to discuss your experience and the role. (45-60mins)
Final Interview – Showcase your skills through a relevant task and discuss with our Campaign Lead and Influencer Account Director. (45-60mins)
