Brand Manager - Premium No Alcohol Aperitif Drinks Brand (London/South East) Salary: £45,000-£55,000 + bonus | Type: Full-time, Permanent | Start: ASAP We're supporting a strong and growing, purpose-led drinks brand that's leading the way in the premium non-alcoholic spirits space. Inspired by nature and rooted in sustainability, they're known for complex, flavour-first products that have become favourites in top restaurants, bars, and retailers across the UK and beyond. They're now looking for a Brand Manager to help shape and grow the brand as they expand nationally and internationally. What you'll be doing Own and execute the brand strategy across on-trade, off-trade, e-commerce and export Deliver creative campaigns and seasonal activations (e.g. cherry blossom season, London Cocktail Week) Develop engaging content and tools for retail, DTC and hospitality audiences Work closely with the sales team to drive visibility and rate of sale Support export markets with consistent global messaging and brand assets What we're looking for Strong brand/marketing experience — ideally in drinks, food, or indie consumer brands Creative and organised, with an eye for detail and a flair for storytelling Confident managing multiple projects and tight timelines A natural communicator with a collaborative approach Someone who's genuinely passionate about flavour, sustainability, and standout brand experiences Bonus points for Experience working in challenger brands or start-up environments Love for food, drink, hospitality and the natural world What's on offer £45k-£55k base salary + annual bonus Vitality private health insurance & 5% pension 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Remote-first with regular London catchups Annual training budget, share scheme, team events Generous product allowance This is a chance to make your mark on a standout brand that's redefining the no & low category — and do it with a mission-driven, tight-knit team who are just getting started
