Structured Finance/Derivatives – Leading international firm - 2-5 PQE

Our client is one of the City’s largest and most prestigious law firms, and their award-winning, top-ranked international finance practice is renowned for advising on the most sophisticated and high-value transactions across the market. The team has a reputation for handling complex, cross-border financings with precision and efficiency, and regularly acts for leading banks, financial institutions, funds, and corporates.

This role sits within their leading derivatives and structured products group, which advises on the full range of OTC and exchange-traded derivatives, structured finance, securitisation, securities lending, and highly bespoke financing arrangements. Matters frequently involve margin loans, total return swaps, structured repos, and strategic equity transactions, together with regulatory advice across EMIR, SFTR and related regimes.

You will gain exposure to market-leading work spanning structured credit, derivatives and structured finance, and will also work closely with colleagues in energy and project finance to deliver innovative derivative solutions in those markets. The successful candidate will be between 2–5 PQE, with solid derivatives experience and ideally additional exposure to securitisation, structured finance or project finance.
