From January 2026 , the KS1 Teacher will join a team that values innovation and reflection, with planned CPD and regular coaching support to help the KS1 Teacher reach their potential.
KS1 Teacher – what you will do
• As the KS1 Teacher , you will deliver purposeful, differentiated lessons across Key Stage 1.
• As the KS1 Teacher , you will implement high-quality phonics sessions and lead small group interventions.
• As the KS1 Teacher , you will use assessment to inform planning and ensure progress for every child.
• As the KS1 Teacher , you will liaise with parents and contribute to school events and enrichment activities.
Person specification — KS1 Teacher essentials
• QTS and recent KS1 experience; confident KS1 Teacher practice.
• A reflective KS1 Teacher with strong behaviour management and a passion for early literacy.
• A KS1 Teacher committed to inclusive practice and raising achievement for all learners.
Contract & start details
This is a Full-Time KS1 Teacher position starting January 2026 . The school provides induction in January 2026 and on-going mentoring thereafter so the KS1 Teacher is supported from day one.
